Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler to load and unload trucks, move materials, and stock locations from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The role requires operating motorized equipment and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will use RF scanners, perform equipment checks, and maintain accurate logs, with potential overtime. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Pass the motorized equipment test and obtain license
• High school diploma or GED
• Regular attendance and OT availability
• Ability to lift 45 pounds
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift, stock picker and reach truck
• Perform pre-operation equipment checks
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines
• Use RF scanners for locating and picking items
• Maintain logs and complete required documentation
• Complete tasks as assigned across the facility
• Follow documented procedures with accuracy
