Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or less of applicable job experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and operations preferred.
• Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station on a food production line and produce products within daily schedule and specifications.
• Meet the specified quality requirements.
• Follow GMPs and enforce food safety practices.
• Monitor products to ensure high quality and that they meet specifications.
• Perform duties safely and comply with regulations and company policies.
• Clean and sanitize the production area in the facility.
• Inform supervisor/manager of equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned.
