Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Production Associate for our client’s Food Manufacturing site in City of Industry, CA. You will set up and operate equipment, inspect products, and assist with movement and packaging of finished goods in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires reliable, safety-conscious team players who can follow written and verbal instructions and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus; shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Must perform repetitive manual labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with setting up and operating equipment
• Checking product quality
• Counting and labeling products
• Sorting finished goods and removing damaged products
• Moving materials throughout the production area
• Packaging finished products for shipment
• Performing general manual labor duties as needed
• Mark and label containers, container tags, and finished products
• Move, organize, and sort products, materials, and orders
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
