Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring a Packaging Line Operator for the on-call 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm). You will operate packaging lines, inspect in-process and finished products, and maintain safe, efficient operation to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, can work at high speeds, follow cGMP and safety guidelines, read basic instructions, and collaborate with a team. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and night work when required is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cGMP and knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package products at high speeds as directed by Supervisor and/or Line Lead.
• Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure defect-free quality.
• Understand packaging line speed and maintain optimal output for efficiency.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs and safety guidelines while operating packaging lines.
• Operate poly pack, induction seal, sleevers and other packaging equipment.
• Complete required packaging paperwork accurately for each assignment.
• Paletize finish goods safely and maintain clean work areas.
