Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Bedford Heights facility on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Mon–Fri). You will perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include reading electrical prints, using testing equipment, operating forklifts, and following lockout/tagout procedures while maintaining documentation and responding to emergency calls as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; PC literate.
• Technical background in facility maintenance.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to operate forklift.
• Self-motivated with initiative and reliability.
• Effective communicator capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and facility equipment.
• Read electrical prints and use testing equipment like multimeters and clamp meters.
• Operate forklifts and perform minor repairs on related machinery.
• Complete maintenance work orders and preventive tasks.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout.
