The position requires strong math and measurement skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset. Travel is minimal and relocation is not offered; full-time hours are provided with competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong math skills and ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow procedures and policies.
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, program, troubleshoot, and operate production machines (automatic, turret, and presses).
• Maintain safe, efficient operation per specs.
• Perform layout, fabrication, and assembly to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and verify part quality with measurement tools.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and preventative maintenance.
• Assist and train other employees on machine operation and safety.
