Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo in Milford, OH, is hiring a General Laborer in our Fabrication Department to support laser-cut parts and secondary operations. You will drill, tap, deburr, countersink, and install studs to meet print specifications and quality standards.

This first shift role runs Monday through Thursday, with overtime based on business needs. Candidates with factory experience and familiarity with hand and power tools, strong attention to detail, and a safety-conscious mindset are

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.
• Ability to read basic instructions and prints.
• Committed to safety and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure output meets quality standards and report issues.
• Prepare raw materials and ensure proper setup for operations.
• Maintain clean and organized work area for safety.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment.
• Support 5S activities and Kaizen events.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
