Job summary

Eaton is seeking a 1st Shift Assembler II for our Camarillo, CA facility. Core hours are 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday. The position offers benefits from day one, including PTO, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.

The role involves assembling, wiring, soldering, and testing electromechanical components, following drawings and procedures, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, fasten, and install parts to form subassemblies.
• Align, fit, assemble, fasten, connect, and install system components.
• Read blueprints and instructions to determine layouts and procedures.
• Solder, crimp, and terminate wires and cables per work orders.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and support other departments as needed.
