Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. is hiring a Dry Blend Packing Operator I for first shift. You'll pack flavors (powders, liquids, emulsions) and work with Batch Compounders to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

You’ll operate mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks, selecting the correct packaging type and labeling per batch tickets. The role emphasizes attention to detail, accurate data entry, and strict adherence to food safety procedures, with opportunities to learn and advance within a global

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related work experience considered.
• Able to operate RF scanner and report batch quantities accurately.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Adhere to safety requirements, PPE usage, and forklift policy.
• Strong problem-solving and communication when issues arise.
• Able to work overtime and follow procedures consistently.
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping essential.

Responsibilities

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment for safe operation.
• Record production data on forms and documents accurately.
• Follow CIP sanitation and cleaning guidelines.
• Set up equipment and packaging materials; transfer materials efficiently.
• Learn and apply food safety concepts and report quality matters.
• Communicate issues to shift leads or management clearly.
• Maintain safety policies and perform duties without errors.
