Synergy Flavors, Inc. is seeking a Liquid Compounder for the 2nd shift in a fast-paced production facility. You will compound ingredients, weigh dyes and chemicals, and ensure batch accuracy while following GMPs and safety protocols.

The role requires operating mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks, with attention to batch records and sanitation standards. The position offers an hourly rate of $21.50 with a $1 shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Competenze

• Attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Must follow safety requirements and wear PPE including steel-toed shoes and goggles.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously when necessary and operate scales.

Mansioni

• Follow standard batching instructions to measure or weigh ingredients.
• Lift heavy drums and bags while using PPE.
• Transfer materials and set up equipment for production orders.
• Monitor temperatures and consistency of mixes per instructions.
• Sample and test batches and document results.
