Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. in Wauconda, IL, is seeking a Dry Blend Packing Operator I for the first shift. The role involves packaging flavors (powders, liquids, emulsions) and supporting batch production with attention to safety, quality, and accuracy.

You will read batch tickets, operate mixers and dryers, transfer materials, and maintain clean procedures. The position starts at $19.50 per hour, Monday through Friday, 5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle packaging equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment for safe operation.
• Record production data on specified forms and documents accurately.
• Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning.
• Transfer materials and set up equipment, supplies and packaging materials.
• Read and apply batch tickets with correct labeling and safety procedures.
• Observe and report quality issues to Shift Leads or Management.
