Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) in the United States. The role oversees frontline associates, drives safety, and optimizes warehouse operations to support DHL’s contract logistics leadership.

You will monitor KPIs, coach a diverse team, and partner with leadership to ensure efficient, compliant performance across our warehouses. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates with coaching and support.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
