DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution to lead a diverse frontline team and optimize warehouse operations. This role emphasizes safety, coaching, and data-driven improvements across a large network.

You will monitor KPIs, prepare analyses for management, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring a strong safety culture and effective cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
• 1+ years logistics industry experience (preferred).
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching and support while fostering inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, prepare regular reports and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline associates for transparency and teamwork.
