Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate all distribution center equipment.
• Review productivity results with team members.
• Counsel and discipline staff; address complaints.
• Maintain time/production records and reports.
• Improve methods to raise efficiency and standards.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and recommend promotions.
• Coordinate priorities with other managers for productivity.
• Participate in safety planning and ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure materials/tools are available and environment is safe.
• Other duties as assigned.
