Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a DC Operations Manager to ensure smooth warehouse operations, attract, retain, and develop talent, and align with growth goals. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees inbound/outbound departments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with General Manager to review work methods, staffing, and controls for timely product movement.
• Direct responsibility for a DC department (Inbound/Outbound) with 150+ team members, including budgeting and staffing.
• Coach, train, and develop management staff with on-floor coaching and formal evaluations.
• Conduct start-up meetings with department managers to set daily results, workloads, and safety issues.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE usage; monitor housekeeping and compliance.

Job DescriptionThe DC Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring a continuous stream of talent to sustain organizational growth and improve operations by attracting, retaining, and developing team members and meet their needs for career growth.
