Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Senior Operations Supervisor in Omaha to lead staff, schedule work, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

You will mentor teams, drive engagement, and maintain strong relationships with onsite customers while upholding company standards. Preferred candidates have 3+ years in logistics or warehousing, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with AS9100/ISO environments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules, assign jobs and train staff
• Guide, counsel and encourage employees; improve potential and champion high standards
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with onsite customers and other key partners
• Provide a safe and secure work environment through training and safety inspections
• Assist with evaluating employee performance, providing written and verbal feedback
• Implement and carry out all company policies, procedures and standards
