Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for 1st shift in Nashville. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm with a pay rate of $16 per hour.

The role involves performing a variety of custodial duties under supervision to maintain cleanliness and safety in company facilities. Responsibilities include floor care, window/wall cleaning, restroom supply restocking, and reporting maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo when directed rugs.
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily.
