Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Cleaner for the 1st shift to support custodial operations. You will report to the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform routine cleaning per established standards.

Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, restroom restocking, trash removal, and equipment maintenance. No prior experience is required; strong teamwork and attention to detail are valued for reliable, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and energy to deliver reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; maintain cleanliness of entrances.
• Restock in bathrooms; damp wipe glass and empty trash daily.
• Report defects (clogged urinals, lights out) to supervisors.
• Collect and transport trash to designated areas for removal.
• Replace liners in waste baskets and containers.
• Clear snow from steps and walkways when directed.
• Perform periodic cleaning tasks (high dusting, leather/wood polishing).
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
