Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for 1st shift on-site in the United States. You will perform a variety of custodial duties, including floor care, vacuuming, dusting, restocking bathrooms, and basic maintenance tasks under supervision.

No prior experience is required, but the ability to follow directions and work in a team is essential. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, reporting defects, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service.
• Strong organization and high energy/ endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines per direction.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and high surfaces; clean windowsills.
• Restock bathrooms, service dispensers, and monitor supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily; replace liners as specified.
• Assist with snow removal at entrances as needed.
