Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Coil Handling Operator- 1st Shift for a leading manufacturing client in Rockledge, FL. You will operate and monitor coil handling equipment, inspect coils for quality, and support a safe, efficient production line.

The role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with overtime possible. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth, training, and benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Must pass criminal background and 10-panel drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor coil handling equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
• Inspect coils for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Assist in setup and calibration of machinery as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
