Job summary

Ideal Tridon in Ocala, FL is hiring a Coil Loader and Floop Operator for the 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am). This full-time position involves operating machines, loading coils, using a forklift, and performing quality checks while following safety procedures.

Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent; Hi-Lo certification is preferred, with about 1 year of manufacturing experience. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assembles, and fabricates metal parts by operating mechanical equipment.
• Uses a machine operated welder to create continuity between new and (WIP) product
• Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units.
• Uses forklift/ overhead crane to restock metal coils
• Monitors proficiency of machine performance and ensures continuity in the manufacturing process and
• Completes low level maintenance to ensure machine capability
• Takes measurements of material to ensure material is meeting specification
