Job summary

Victaulic in Nazareth, PA is hiring a Coating Process Technician to maintain and troubleshoot electrocoating and powder coating equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support PM/TPM programs with the maintenance team.

The role involves data analysis for machine performance and collaboration with Engineering and Operations to improve safety and efficiency. Experience with automated equipment and electro/mechanical systems is required, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of automated equipment and electro/mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics and industrial controls.
• Understanding of PM/TPM strategies and how they relate to industrial automation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support daily production by troubleshooting and repairing faulty equipment (electrical and mechanical).
• Diagnose machinery issues and perform root cause analysis to propose improvements.
• Maintain and analyze data for machine performance and PM/maintenance records.
• Interface with Engineering and Maintenance to implement safety, efficiency, and capacity improvements.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and repair history; close work orders.
