Catalina Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Coater to reliably prepare cereal and snack mixes on-site in Lebanon, IN. You will support production lines to meet targets, follow recipes from R&D/QA, and assist with sanitation and warehouse tasks.

This role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and accuracy, with opportunities for growth within the company. The Coater acts as the first line of food defense and QA, ensuring product consistency and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Must be able to read and write in English to complete documentation and follow instructions.
• Mathematically literate, with the ability to perform basic calculations for ingredient measurements and other tasks.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Capable of lifting ingredient totes up to 60 lbs.
• Previous food production experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Quality Assurance department to ensure all quality standards are met, including consistent adherence to recipes and formulas provided by R&D and QA.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams to uphold company standards for product quality and cleanliness.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and record ingredient usage on all required documentation.
• Assemble and disassemble pumps, mixers, and other equipment as needed to support production.
• Communicate any material needs promptly to material handlers to prevent production delays.
• Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and comfortably throughout the duration of the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
