• Ability to read and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Ability to complete food-ready sanitation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of waste management areas.
• Sweeping and cleaning all floors in production areas.
• Operate auto floor scrubber for sanitizing floors.
• Clean and restock shoe scrubbing and sanitizing stations.
• Stock production lines with required materials.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of HACCP utensils.
• Maintain supply areas and chemical storage cage.
• Clean all machinery, buckets, utensils, and racks.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Serve as backup for Sanitation Technician team members.
