Qualifications

• Over 2 years of hands-on sanitation experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret SDS and other safety documentation.
• Capable of completing sanitation tasks and maintaining sanitation records.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Allergen cleanings of production lines and equipment surfaces.
• Monitor ATP and allergen testing procedures and re-clean as needed.
• Prevent cross-contamination between NFCS and FCS.
• Supervise delime and chemical dilution for dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain wash bay cleanliness and sanitation of floors and racks.
• Conduct routine chemical concentration checks and sanitation audits.
