North Easton Machine Company, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Axis Swiss-Type Lathe Programming Technologist to design, prove, and optimize CNC programs for Citizen/Star Swiss‑type lathes.

You will set up tooling, verify first articles, and drive continuous improvement alongside a collaborative team. You will mentor operators and interns, maintain setup and process documentation, and ensure GD&T and quality standards are met throughout production.

Formación

• Proficient reading of prints and GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of machining methods, tooling, and workholding.
• Comfortable with CAD/CAM and MS Office basics.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze drawings, models, work orders, specs to select strategies.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for Citizen/Star Swiss lathes.
• Set up and operate lathes; select tooling and offsets; edit programs.
• Verify setups and first articles against drawings with measurements.
• Maintain setup sheets, tooling data, and process-control docs.
