Qualifications

• 5+ years setting up and operating Citizen and Star Swiss-type CNC lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and inspection skills.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM programming with ESPRIT experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review blueprints and GD&T to determine machining methods.
• Develop, prove out, and optimize CNC programs; set up tooling and offsets.
• Verify setups via first-piece inspection and document processes.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and mentor junior operators.
• Maintain safety, quality, and ISO/ITAR compliance.
