Reliable Equipment in Warminster is seeking a full-time CNC Lathe (mill turn) and Swiss lathe Programmer. The role focuses on designing, programming, and maintaining complex lathe processes, interfacing with production management and engineering to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school vo-tech focus or equivalent MFG trade training.
• 7+ years of mill-turn lathe machining experience.
• 5+ years programming 2- and multi-axis lathes; live tooling.
• Proficient NC/CAM programming and tooling selection.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain machining procedures for existing and new products.
• Develop CNC programs to minimize costs and cycle times.
• Maintain organization of program storage and tooling data.
• Collaborate with QA, production, and engineering to ensure smooth runs.
• Assist operators and machinists with programming knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and Engineering Manager to schedule workflows.
