Job summary

CNC Manufacturing is seeking qualified candidates for CNC Set Up Programmers in the Conventional Lathe Department. The first shift offers a starting pay rate of $35.00/hour, depending on skill level and experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include tooling preparation, uploading/downloading programs, proving out and adjusting programs, and creating setup sheets. The role requires GD&T proficiency and strong blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

• Advanced machine operator with CNC set up experience.
• Ability to maintain production on precision parts.
• Willingness to undergo training and pursue advancement.

Responsibilities

• Pull all necessary tooling for each job.
• Upload and download programs.
• Prove out jobs and adjust programs as needed.
• Create and update setup sheets.
• Set work offsets.
• Identify, prepare, and load raw materials and work holding.
• Use inspection equipment including RAM, Comparator, and CMM.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with Safety and ISO standards.
• Other duties as required.
