Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an onsite Machine Operator II in West Des Moines, IA to set up and run CNC and manual machines to fabricate precision parts. Responsibilities

• Adjust feed/spindle speeds and tooling per specs.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines for precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Troubleshoot problems and assist with new processes.
• Inspect products using precision gauges and instruments.
• Maintain/provide daily/weekly equipment checks.
• Train and mentor new operators.
