Paycom is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a Monday through Thursday first shift (5am–3pm) in Greenfield, MA. You will set up, program, and monitor CNC machining processes to ensure quality parts and smooth production flow.

The role requires strong measurement skills and adherence to GD&T standards to maintain tight tolerances. You will collaborate with tooling and fixture teams, perform routine quality checks, and uphold safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
• Ability to read gauges and perform basic measurements.
• Strong math skills for calculating dimensions and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce complex parts with accuracy.
• Conduct routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
• Collaborate with team on tooling setup, fixtures, and process improvements.
