Job summary

American StaffCorp in Oklahoma City is seeking a skilled CMM Operator to join our Quality Assurance team. You will perform precise dimensional inspections on machined components using CMMs and metrology tools to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical cert preferred.
• 2–3 years of CMM operator experience in manufacturing/aerospace.
• Able to read and interpret GD&T drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CMM to inspect machined, cast, or fabricated parts.
• Read engineering drawings, 3D CAD models and specifications.
• Create, edit, and run inspection programs in CMM software (PC-DMIS/Calypso/MODUS).
• Record and analyze inspection results and generate reports.
• Perform FAI, in-process, and final inspections.
• Calibrate and maintain metrology equipment to quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers and Production to resolve issues.
• Identify and report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis.
