Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 1st Shift, 10 hour days. $20-$25 per hour. Equal opportunity employer. High school diploma or equivalent required with minimum 2 years of brake press / metal fabrication experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on brake press / metal fabrication experience.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, bend allowances, and tolerances.
• Solid understanding of basic shop math, fractions, decimals, angles, and metric measurements.

Responsibilities

• Install tooling, dies, and punches; adjust back gauges, ram pressure, and depth settings on CNC or manual press brakes.
• Bend, notch, and form sheet metal components according to engineering blueprints and production work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, bend allowances, and tolerances to ensure parts meet specs.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and angle protractors.
• Load, align, and unload raw sheet metal and finished parts safely, using cranes or team lifting as needed.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and minor preventative maintenance following OSHA and facility safety guidelines.
