Job summary

Anchor Fabrication LLC is seeking a dependable Brake Fabricator for 1st shift. You will safely set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to customer specifications and production requirements.

You will read blueprints and drawings, measure parts with calipers and tape measures, perform quality checks, and document results. Prior brake press or fabrication experience is preferred, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Maintain attention to detail and quality throughout production.
  • Ability to read measuring instruments and record results.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts.
  • Read blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
  • Measure and inspect finished products using calipers and tape measures.
  • Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and document results.
  • Maintain clean, safe work area and assist with material handling.

Brake Fabricator - 1st ShiftLocation: Anchor FabricationDepartment: Manufacturing/ProductionPosition Type: Full-TimeJoin Our Team!We are seeking motivated and dependable Brake Fabricators to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. In this role, you will safely set up and operate press brake equipment to fabricate high-quality metal components according to customer specifications and production requirements.Available Shifts1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pmOvertime opportunities may be available.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, tape measures, and other precision instruments.Adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and meet specifications.Perform quality checks and document production results.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.Assist with material handling and other production duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious brake press, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Basic math and measuring skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.High school diploma or GED preferred.BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceShift differential for 2nd shift (if applicable)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and HolidaysCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesStable, team-oriented work environmentWhy Join Us?We value safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
