Anchor Fabrication LLC is seeking a Brake Fabricator for 2nd shift in La Vergne, TN. You will safely set up and operate press brake equipment to fabricate metal components per drawings and production requirements.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math/measuring skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Overtime may be available, with a competitive pay range and full-time benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts.

• Adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks and document production results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Assist with material handling and other production duties as assigned.

We are seeking motivated and dependable Brake Fabricators to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. In this role, you will safely set up and operate press brake equipment to fabricate high-quality metal components according to customer specifications and production requirements.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Overtime opportunities may be available.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, tape measures, and other precision instruments.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks and document production results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Assist with material handling and other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous brake press, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
