Job summary

You should have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in a related manufacturing role, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and the ability to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities to ensure safe, quality outcomes.
• Lead pre/post shift meetings with production teams.
• Ensure production processes and SAP/D4A reconciliation are followed.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to new and current staff.
• Operate/setup multiple machines and perform changeovers as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain high production standards.
