Job summary

Ideal candidates have SAP experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and 3–5 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading small teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities on the line to ensure safety and quality.
• Lead pre- and post-shift meetings with the team.
• Oversee equipment startup, operation, setup, and changeover.
• Ensure accurate counts and SAP reconciliations.
• Provide training to new associates and peers.
