Job summary

MSI Express, Inc is seeking a Batcher to blend products according to approved recipes and strict GMP standards. You will coordinate ingredient staging, monitor line readiness, and ensure proper lot control and quality throughout the production run.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety rules, and report any deviations promptly. Experience with clean-in-place processes and coordination with line maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
• Ability to read and follow directions and posted warnings
• Eye/hand/foot coordination to operate batching equipment
• Load/unload, lift up to 50 pounds; complete OSHA powered industrial equipment training

Responsibilities

• Batch product per approved recipe using GMP and lot control
• Coordinate ingredient staging to keep the line supplied and prevent stoppages
• Maintain batching room and thermal units; adjust equipment per formula standards
• Keep area clean; wash down and store drums/containers
• Log downtime and production data (lot number, line speeds) and report deviations to supervisor
