Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a packaging operator for a food production and warehouse facility in Wisconsin. You will operate vertical form-and-seal baggers, verify labeling accuracy, and monitor counts while ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

You will troubleshoot jams, assist with changeovers, and document production metrics in a team-oriented setting, following GMPs and safety protocols throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow GMPs, OSHA safety rules and packaging procedures.
• Ability to read and follow written instruction and labels.

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical form and seal baggers and other packaging equipment.
• Inspect bags for correct labeling, counts and customer specs.
• Identify and fix jams, misfeeds, labeling issues and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and document production data.
• Coordinate with operators on counts, changeovers and line readiness.
• Assist with changeovers and end-of-shift cleaning activities.
