Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring for a Full Time packaging quality role in Sheboygan, WI. The position focuses on evaluating finished product against quality standards and packaging products with correct labels and quantities.

The role requires standing for long periods, knowledge of GMPs/HACCP/SQF, and basic math and communication skills. Responsibilities include inspecting products at each packaging step, preparing containers, labeling, boxing and palletizing, while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 1–3 months of manufacturing, high-speed packaging, or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven attendance, safety and quality track record required.
• Basic understanding of GMPs, HACCP and SQF guidelines.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) required.
• Basic communication skills to read, understand, and follow assignments.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and operate in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cooked/finished product for defects at each packaging step.
• Break down product to suitable packaging size.
• Load product into packaging equipment at appropriate speed.
• Place products in packaging at required rates to meet production goals.
• Apply labels or inserts and ensure correct information on packaging.
• Weigh, label, and sort containers and pallets for shipping.
• Maintain clean packaging areas and report safety or quality concerns.
