Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in industrial maintenance or related technical field.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capability, incl. PLCs, motors, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Experience supporting CNC machines or automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
• Use documentation and schematics to diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Coordinate technician workflow and prioritize tasks based on production needs.
• Act as shift-level mentor and first point of contact for technical questions.
• Maintain shift coverage, communicate priorities, and escalate blockers to leadership.
• Collaborate with production to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new equipment.
