Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a hands-on Asset Maintenance Technician to support a first-shift schedule on a 50-hour week with overtime. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of advanced manufacturing equipment including CNC machines and EDM systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

You will coordinate with production, maintain safety standards, and mentor junior technicians while contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and KPIs.

Qualifications

2–3+ years in industrial maintenance or related technical field.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capability including PLCs, motors, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, circumferential stir welders, EDM machines, ultrasonic tanks, and other advanced manufacturing equipment.
Support daily Asset Maintenance execution by coordinating technician workflow, prioritizing tasks, and aligning work with production needs.
Serve as a hands-on technician and shift mentor for operational questions and escalations.
