Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Asset Maintenance Technician II for the first shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines and EDM systems, to keep production moving.

You will lead by example on the shift, mentor teammates, and coordinate work with production to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine control systems.
• Experience supporting or repairing CNC machines or automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of machinery (CNC, EDM, ultrasonic tanks, etc.).
• Support shift-level workflow coordination and prioritize tasks based on production needs and equipment availability.
• Mentor and provide on-the-job guidance to other technicians to improve execution and safety.
