Job summary

QuickStaff in Warren, PA is hiring an Assembly Line Worker to support daily production, assist in packaging, and help with changeovers to ensure timely outbound shipments. You will contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

The role requires meeting production standards, lifting up to 45 pounds, repetitive motion, wearing steel-toe boots, following safety rules, and passing a drug screen and background check; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Shifts are 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Repetitive motion.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards within a specific time frame.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Reports all production waste to Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Responsible for notifying a Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
