Job summary

ADAC in Michigan is seeking a production supervisor to lead a manufacturing and assembly team, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and communicate work assignments across shifts. The role also emphasizes coaching, training, and continuous improvement with ERP experience.

Three to five years of progressive leadership in manufacturing are preferred, with Tier 1 automotive exposure as a plus. This on-site position offers growth and a strong safety culture within a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing (Tier 1 automotive preferred).
• Business Management or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicates work assignments to shift employees
• Implements policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Assists and supports EBWE in continuously improve initiatives.
• Ensures effective employee relations by providing coaching and development. Resolves issues equitably and with integrity.
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Manages shift performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports.
• Champions culture of safety through demonstration of behavior and adherence to workplace standards.
• Participate in Corrective Action process.
• Manage team member's time and attendance records as part of overall performance.
• Determine, communicate and carry out necessary training of team members within designated shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
