Job summary

Adaccompanies is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift in Muskegon, MI. The role supervises a production team in a manufacturing/assembly setting, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with ERP systems familiarity; automotive Tier 1 experience is preferred. Full-time on-site role with compensation in the stated salary range.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates work assignments to shift employees
• Implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
• Assists and supports EBWE in continuously improve initiatives.
• Ensures effective employee relations by providing coaching and development; resolves issues equitably and with integrity.
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Manages shift performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports.
• Champions culture of safety through demonstration of behavior and adherence to workplace standards.
• Participate in Corrective Action process.
• Manage team member's time and attendance records as part of overall performance.
• Determine, communicate and carry out necessary training of team members within designated shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
