Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily assembly operations to meet production goals.
• Prioritize tasks based on schedules and resources.
• Coordinate with planning to ensure timely shipments.
• Mentor and develop assemblers; drive safety and quality.
• Apply Lean manufacturing to improve flow and reduce downtime.
• Monitor KPIs and report production data to leadership.
