Job summary

Randstad USA in New York (Brentwood area) is seeking a reliable Assembler to join our production team. You will assemble mechanical, electronic, and structural components using hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires about 1 year of experience or at entry level, a High School diploma, and attention to detail to meet quality and safety guidelines. Shift is First, with hours 7:30 AM to 4 PM, plus benefits including health insurance and a 401K.

Qualifications

• 1 year of assembly experience or entry level position.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and basic reading of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, or structural components using hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment.
• Read and follow simple assembly instructions, blueprints, or production diagrams.
• Inspect finished components and products to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging parts for assembly as needed.
• Report component defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisors.
