H3 Manufacturing Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Amada Press Brake Operator for the first shift at our Oxford, NC facility. The role involves setting up and operating Amada CNC press brakes to bend sheet metal parts, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in sheet metal fabrication, experience with CNC press brakes, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Maintain quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Commit to reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Operate Amada or similar fabrication machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada CNC press brakes to form sheet metal parts per blueprints.
• Interpret part drawings and verify dimensions with calipers and micrometers.
• Perform first-piece inspections and adjust for accuracy.
• Maintain tooling and ensure programs are correct for each job.
• Monitor machine operation for quality and produce within tolerances.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
