Munters Corporation in Amesbury, MA is seeking a skilled Amada Press Brake Set-Up/Operator to join our fabrication team. You will set up and operate Amada press brakes to produce precision sheet metal parts per drawings and schedules.

Requirements include 4+ years' experience with Amada or similar CNC press brakes, ability to read blueprints, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience operating and setting up Amada or similar CNC press brakes.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings and work orders.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set-Up and Operation: Set up Amada press brake machines for production runs using work instructions and blueprints.
• Production & Quality: Operate the press brake to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts to tight tolerances; inspect finished parts with calipers/gauges.
• Documentation: Record production data, update setup sheets and job documentation as needed.
• Maintenance and Safety: Perform routine machine maintenance and follow PPE requirements.
• Collaboration: Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control to resolve issues; assist training of junior operators.
